The XE1201A-WHK
is a reference kit demonstrating a complete
bi-directional voice over RF transmission ready to be implemented
in a wireless headset application. The 1201A-WHK uses digital
radio communication in the 433 MHz ISM band. The incoming voice
is first sampled and digitized then compressed before transmission
over the RF link. On the receiver side, the signal is decompressed
and converted back into analog audio . The low component count
and small form-factor allow for over-the-ear headset design
style. Thanks to its low power consumption, up to 3 hours of
talk time and 80 hours standby time can be achieved with standard
rechargeable lithium batteries. The 1201A-WHK is delivered complete
with hardware manufacturing details as well as the necessary
software. |
