In order to cope with increasing demand in the Asia-Pacific region, XEMICS
is expanding its sales and customer support network. XEMICS products focus on
low power, portable, wireless connectivity solutions including products for
sensing, processing and communication. In Asian markets in particular, XEMICS
products are finding increasing application in wireless hands free solutions,
GPS, data links and automated meter reading (AMR).
The following new distributors have been appointed: in Taiwan, HolyStone and Apache Communications ; in ASEAN and HK/China Achieva Ltd, and in Mainland China Shenzhen Coolwave.
Distribution partners were chosen according to XEMICS' strict selection criteria, which include strong service capabilities. Thus each distributor is able to provide technical support, customer service and logistics management as well as the capability to develop full solutions for local markets. All distributors receive intensive sales, service and technical training from XEMICS. All distributors have the required profile and XEMICS is delighted to be able to count on their local technical knowledge to provide local XEMICS' product and service support.
